New to selling watches online
Never sold a watch online before? This is your gentle walkthrough: what Worldwatch is, and the first four things to do, one step at a time.
Got a question about this guide? Use Open to continue it in Claude or ChatGPT.
If you've sold watches across a counter for years but never online, Worldwatch is built to make that jump easy. You don't need to be technical, and you don't have to do everything at once. This page walks you through the first four things, in order, at your own pace.
You can start for free. A free account lets you add your watches and import your stock right away. Listing to sales channels and the marketplace comes with a paid plan, and you only verify as a dealer when you want to buy and sell on the Worldwatch marketplace.
What Worldwatch is, in one line
Worldwatch is one place to keep your watch inventory and sell it everywhere you already sell (eBay, Shopify, your own website, and the dealer marketplace) without re-typing the same watch into each one.
Your first four steps
Do them in order, or skip to whichever you need. Each links to a full guide.
List your first watch
Add one watch to your inventory. You can type in the details, or upload a photo and let AI recognize the model and fill in the specifications for you. See add a watch.
Connect your first channel
Link a place you already sell (eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wristler, or Bezel) so your watches can publish there straight from Worldwatch. Start with connect eBay, or pick whichever you use.
Record your first sale
When a watch sells on a connected channel, Worldwatch marks it sold and removes it from your other channels, so you never sell the same watch twice. Sold one in person or on Instagram? Record it so your numbers stay right.
Add your first contact
Save the people you buy from and sell to. Their details, and your history together, fill in automatically next time. See add and manage contacts.
You're not on your own
