Worldwatch is a management platform for professional watch dealers, with a dealer marketplace built in. It gives you one place to hold your stock, list it across every channel you sell on, and buy and sell with other dealers, instead of juggling spreadsheets, a website, and half a dozen marketplaces by hand. The goal, in the platform's own words: sell faster, work less.

What Worldwatch does

  • Manage your inventory. Every watch is one record with its full specification, photos, cost, price, and margin: your single source of truth. See manage your inventory.
  • List on every channel from one dashboard. Publish a watch to eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wristler, Bezel, and the Worldwatch marketplace without re-entering it each time. See request a sales channel for the full list.
  • Buy and sell on the marketplace. The Worldwatch marketplace is where dealers trade with each other. Browse and buy, or list your own watches.
  • Keep orders in one workflow. Sales from every connected channel land in one orders view, and a sale on one channel automatically delists the watch from the others.
  • Track acquisitions and tax. Record what you paid, the supplier, the invoice, and the margin scheme on each watch, so your purchase records are ready at tax time.
  • Keep your contacts. Buyers, sellers, and suppliers live in one address book that links to the watches you traded with each.

How it works

Your inventory is the source of truth, and everything flows from it. You add a watch once, by hand, or in bulk by importing a spreadsheet, a website, or a feed. From there you publish it to any channel, and when it sells anywhere, Worldwatch marks it sold and pulls it from your other listings. No double-selling, no updating the same watch on five sites by hand.
