Plans and billing
Compare the Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans, switch between monthly and annual billing, add users, and cancel or downgrade at any time.

Worldwatch has four plans (Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) so you pay for the depth you need. You can upgrade, downgrade, switch billing, or cancel at any time from the Plans page in your billing settings. Prices exclude VAT; the applicable tax is added at checkout.
The plans

Each plan includes everything in the one below it:
- Free: add and edit watches with photos and notes, AI watch recognition, status tracking and filters, and browsing listings and market flow.
- Starter adds bulk inventory management, seeing prices and dealer contacts, listing on connected channels, and basic reporting and analytics.
- Pro adds sourcing and order workflow, events and community, advanced reporting (margins, ageing, turnover), multi-user access, and role-based permissions. Extra seats are €49/user/mo.
- Enterprise adds multi-entity and multi-location support, API access, custom workflows and fields, advanced permissions with an audit trail, priority support with an SLA, and dedicated onboarding.
The Plans page shows current pricing, including the monthly rates (higher than annual) and the exact annual discount.
Monthly or annual
Toggle Monthly / Annual at the top of the Plans page. Annual billing costs less per month than monthly. To move an existing plan onto annual billing, use Switch to annual.
Change your plan
On the Plans page, your current plan is marked Current plan. From there you can:
- Upgrade: pick a higher plan to unlock its features.
- Downgrade: move to a lower plan, down to Free.
- Switch billing: flip between monthly and annual.
- Enterprise: click Contact sales for a quote, onboarding, and API access.
Add users
Pro includes multi-user access with role-based permissions. Add extra seats at €49/user/mo from your billing settings. Enterprise covers larger teams across entities and locations; talk to sales for seat counts.
Cancel or downgrade anytime
There's no lock-in. Downgrade or cancel whenever you want from the Plans page; moving down to Free keeps you on Worldwatch for your inventory without a paid subscription.
Downgrading keeps your data. Moving to a lower plan or to Free doesn't delete your watches, contacts, or history; features tied to a paid plan simply turn off until you upgrade again.
