Plans and billing
Compare the Free, Starter, Dealer, and Dealer Elite plans (plus Enterprise by quote), start a free trial, pay in your local currency, switch between monthly and annual billing, add seats, and cancel or downgrade at any time.

Worldwatch has four plans, plus Enterprise by quote, so you pay for the depth you need. You can upgrade, downgrade, switch billing, or cancel at any time from the Plans page in your billing settings. Prices exclude VAT; the applicable tax is added at checkout. New to a paid plan? You can start a free trial of Starter or Dealer, described below.
0% commission on every plan. Worldwatch does not take a cut of what you sell. The plan is the only cost. (Connected channels still charge their own fees; see fees on Worldwatch and your channels.)

Dealer is the recommended plan for most professional dealers. Dealer Elite is offered by waitlist. Larger business with custom requirements? Contact sales for an Enterprise quote.
Each plan includes everything in the one below it:
- Free: add and edit watches with photos and notes, AI watch recognition, unlimited inventory, a private provenance record, and status tracking with filters and saved views. Import your stock from one connected channel, a feed, or a file. Your stock is searchable by other dealers, and you can export your data at any time.
- Starter adds publishing to up to 3 sales channels, unlimited active listings, channel order sync with auto-delist on sale, invoices with consignment and trade-in, VAT and the EU margin scheme, bulk inventory operations, a verified directory listing with access to the dealer network, and basic reporting.
- Dealer adds publishing to unlimited channels, advanced reporting (profit and loss, margins, ageing, days in stock, turnover), a second user seat, and Club access.
- Dealer Elite adds always-on Club access with the Elite-only event and priority Clublounge, and a third seat.
The Plans page shows current pricing, including the monthly rates and the exact annual saving.
Start a free trial
If you are on Free, you can start a free trial of Starter or Dealer and use the paid features straight away. You add a card to start the trial, but you are not charged while it runs. Your first payment is taken when the trial ends, and checkout shows you that date before you confirm. Cancel any time during the trial and you are not charged.
Already paying for Starter? You can switch your subscription into a Dealer trial without paying for two plans. If you stop the trial, your Starter plan comes back at its normal price, so trying Dealer costs you nothing.
You can start a trial from a few places: the link in the top bar, the offer shown when you reach a paid-only feature or channel, and checkout itself. Checkout usually opens in a popup, so you don't lose your place.
Checkout and currency
You pay inside Worldwatch. You enter your card on the checkout screen itself, with no hand-off to a separate payment website. You can pay by card, and depending on your country by PayPal or SEPA direct debit; those methods may send you to your bank or provider to approve and then bring you back.
Prices are charged in your local currency, set from your business country. Dealers in the United States are billed in US dollars, and dealers in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Czechia, Japan, and Hong Kong are billed in their own currency. Everywhere else is billed in euros. Your currency follows your account country and can't be changed at checkout, and once you have been charged it stays the same for future payments.
Monthly or annual
Toggle Monthly / Annual at the top of the Plans page. Annual billing works out cheaper per month than monthly. To move an existing plan onto annual billing, use Switch to annual. Dealer Elite is billed annually only.
Change your plan
On the Plans page, your current plan is marked Current plan. From there you can:
- Upgrade: pick a higher plan to unlock its features.
- Downgrade: move to a lower plan, down to Free.
- Switch billing: flip between monthly and annual.
- Dealer Elite: click Join the waitlist.
- Enterprise: click Contact sales for a quote and onboarding.
Seats and adding users
Each plan includes a number of user seats: Free and Starter include 1, Dealer includes 2, and Dealer Elite includes 3. On Starter and up you can add extra seats at €79/user/mo from your billing settings, each with its own role-based permissions.
Cancel or downgrade anytime
There's no lock-in. Downgrade or cancel whenever you want from the Plans page; moving down to Free keeps you on Worldwatch for your inventory without a paid subscription.
Downgrading keeps your data. Moving to a lower plan or to Free doesn't delete your watches, contacts, or history; features tied to a paid plan simply turn off until you upgrade again.
