Set up your public dealer profile
Your public profile is what buyers see: add your logo, cover image, description, and contact details so your listings come from a dealer people recognize.

Your public profile is the page buyers land on when they click your name: your logo, cover image, description, and the watches you have for sale. A complete profile makes your listings look like they come from an established dealer.
Edit your profile
Go to Settings → Public profile.
Add your name and description
Open Update profile information and set your name and a short description of your business. Both are required.
Upload your logo and cover image
Add a logo (shown as a circular badge across the marketplace) and a cover image (the banner across the top of your profile). Each can be up to 10 MB.
Add your contact details
Open Update contact details and add your email, phone number, and optionally your website. Email and phone are required.
Changes save straight away and appear on your public profile immediately; there's no separate publish step.
What buyers see
Your public profile lives at worldwatch.market/dealers/your-handle and shows:
- Your cover image, logo, name, and country.
- Your description and contact details.
- A few at-a-glance stats, like watches sold and how long you've been on Worldwatch.
- All of your current listings.
- A Connect button so buyers can reach you.
Some details fill in automatically from your verified company information: your country, the year you were founded, and your registration and VAT numbers. Keep those current through dealer verification.
Your branding on eBay listings
Your profile isn't only for Worldwatch. Your logo, cover image, and description also feed the custom eBay listing template. When you design your eBay template, it pulls in your logo, a header, and your company bio, so your eBay listings carry the same branding. A complete profile makes those listings look polished too.
