Secure your account
Lock down your Worldwatch account: add a password, turn on two-factor authentication, register passkeys, and review the devices signed in.

Your Worldwatch account holds your inventory, sales, buyer contacts, and payout details, so it's worth locking down. From your account security settings you can add a password, turn on two-factor authentication, register passkeys, and review every device that's signed in.
Set a password
By default you sign in with a one-time email code. Adding a password lets you sign in without waiting for a code each time. In your security settings, click Add a password and choose a strong, unique one.
Turn on two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step at sign-in using an authenticator app: Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, or similar. Click Set up authenticator, scan the QR code with your app, and enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Save any backup codes it gives you somewhere safe; you'll need them if you lose the device.
Turn on two-factor authentication. It's the strongest single step to protect your account; even if your password leaks, the second factor still blocks access.
Add a passkey
Passkeys let you sign in with Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, or your password manager, no password or code to type. Click Add a passkey and follow your device's prompt. You can register more than one, for example your laptop and your phone.
Review active sessions
Active sessions lists every device and browser currently signed in to your account, each with its location, last-active time, and IP address. Your current device is marked This device.
Scan the list now and then. If you see a session you don't recognize (an unfamiliar device, browser, or location), click Sign out next to it to end it immediately, then change your password and make sure two-factor authentication is on.
