Design your eBay listing template

Wrap your eBay listings in a branded HTML template, choose a photo layout, style the gallery, show your dealer banner, and set an accent colour, all with a live preview.

When you list a watch on eBay, Worldwatch can wrap it in a branded HTML template: your logo and company details up top, your photos laid out the way you want, and a clean spec table underneath. You build it with a live preview, and it's saved with the listing. This is an eBay-only feature.

Turn on the template

Start an eBay listing

In Inventory, open a watch and click List item on eBay. The listing drawer opens.

Use the Worldwatch template

Scroll to Use WorldWatchMarket template and tick Inject the WWM template into the description.

Open the designer

Click Customise template to open the Listing preview: your controls on the left, a live preview on the right. Use the zoom slider to check the detail.

In a hurry? Click Auto-optimize for this listing and Worldwatch picks a layout and styling that suit this watch's photo count and specs, then adjust from there.

Lay out the photos (Layout)

Pick a gallery style:

  • Stack: photos in a column beside the specs. Put the photos column on the left or right.
  • Grid: photos in a grid. Set the position (above or below the specs) and the number of columns (1–6).
  • Slider: a carousel. Make it sit beside the specs or run full width, show a thumbnail strip (small, medium, or large thumbnails), and optionally show the first few photos, then slide the rest.

Style the photos (Photos)

  • Photo border: bordered or borderless.
  • Photo shape: original, square, wide, or tall.
  • Photo size in card: compact, standard, or large (with the Stack layout).
  • Image spacing: tight, cozy, or spacious.

Brand and finish (Template)

  • Show dealer banner: on by default; set its height (small, medium, or uncapped). The banner uses your logo, cover image, and company bio from your public profile, so there's nothing to re-enter here.
  • Spec density: comfortable or compact.
  • Section headings: plain, underlined, or pill.
  • Title alignment: left or centre.
  • Accent: choose from seven colours: Slate, Deep Navy, Oxblood, Forest, Bronze, Graphite, or Champagne Gold.

Save it

Your choices are kept with the listing as you go; close the preview and submit the listing as usual. When it publishes, the template is built and dropped into your eBay description. You set it per watch, so every listing can look exactly right.
