Reports: your sales, margins, and stock
The Reports tab pulls revenue, orders, margins, channels, customers, suppliers, and inventory into one dashboard, including the sales you made off-platform.

Reports is your business at a glance: revenue, orders, profit margin, where your sales come from, and what's in stock, all in one place. It counts your off-platform sales too, so the numbers reflect everything you sell, not just Worldwatch orders.
Open Reports
Click Reports in the top navigation. Use the date-range selector in the top-right (for example, Last 12 months) to set the period. Figures are compared against the previous period, with the change shown next to each.
The headline numbers
Across the top you get Revenue, Orders, Products sold, and Customers for the period, each with its change versus the previous period.
Sales and where they come from
- Sales: net revenue over time, including off-platform sales, plotted against the previous period.
- Recent sales: your latest sold watches, with reference, date, and price.
- Channels: how much revenue each channel brought in (Worldwatch, Wristler, and so on), with each channel's share of revenue, units sold, and average price. Off-platform sales are included.
People you trade with
- Top customers: who has bought the most, with transaction counts and their last purchase.
- Top suppliers: who you have bought the most from.
Margins and returns
- Profit margin: your average realized margin and how it moves over time.
- Return on investment: ROI over time, which you can break down by brand.
- Margin by brand: realized margin per brand, best first, with units sold and revenue behind each.
Your stock
- Price distribution: how your current stock spreads across price bands, from under €5k up to €100k+.
- Inventory: items in stock, total stock value, and average and median price.
- Brands in stock: what your stock is made of, broken down by brand.
Why recording off-platform sales matters here
Reports counts the sales you made outside Worldwatch as well, but only if you record them. Record an off-platform sale so your revenue, margins, and customer history stay complete.
