Worldwatch notifies you about orders, payments, listings, and more. From your notification settings you choose where those notifications reach you, which categories you get, and when, so you stay on top of what matters without the noise.
Notification channels
Under Notification channels, control where notifications reach you:
- Email: get notifications by email. Turn it off if you only want them in the app.
- In-app: notifications in the dashboard. Always on; this channel can't be disabled.
Notification categories
Turn individual categories on or off under Notification categories:
- Orders: order status updates, new orders, and order issues.
- Payments: payment confirmations, refunds, and payment issues.
- Shipping: shipping updates, tracking, and delivery.
- Proposals: new proposals, proposal responses, and negotiations.
- Channels: channel connections, sync status, and channel issues.
- Discovery: buy-intent matches, market insights, and recommendations.
- Listings: listing status, inventory updates, and listing issues.
- Account: account security, profile updates, and verification.
- System: platform updates, maintenance, and announcements. Always on; this category can't be disabled.
Some notifications can't be turned off. In-app delivery and the System category stay on so you never miss a security alert, an outage, or a critical platform update.
Quiet hours
Turn on Quiet hours to suppress non-urgent notifications during the times you set, overnight, for example. Urgent notifications still come through.
Email digest
Turn on Email digest to get a periodic summary of your notifications by email instead of a message for every event, handy if you'd rather not be pinged for each one.
