Connect Wristler as a sales channel

Request a Wristler feed-access token and connect it to Worldwatch so your inventory syncs to Wristler and watches are marked sold automatically when they sell there.

Wristler is a European luxury-watch marketplace. Once connected, your inventory syncs to Wristler every six hours, and when a watch sells there, Worldwatch marks it sold automatically so you don't double-sell it. Wristler connects with a feed-access token it issues to you directly; there's no OAuth sign-in like eBay or Shopify. You request the token, paste it into Worldwatch once, and you're set.

Before you start

  • At least one watch in your Worldwatch inventory to list. See add a watch to your inventory.
  • A Wristler feed-access token. You can't generate this yourself; the next section covers how to get one.

Request your Wristler token

Wristler issues the token that authorizes Worldwatch to sync your inventory. There are two ways to get it:

  • You don't have a Wristler account yet (or you're not sure). Contact us to request a Wristler connect security token. We arrange it with Wristler on your behalf, including setting up your Wristler seller account if you don't have one.
  • You already have a Wristler account. Request the token directly from your Wristler contact. Once they've handed it over, come back and connect it below.

Either path gives you a single token string to paste into Worldwatch.

Connect Wristler in Worldwatch

Open the Wristler connect panel

In Worldwatch, go to Settings → Channels and click Connect on the Wristler tile. The Wristler settings panel opens with the access-token field. If you've connected before and just need to swap the token, open the tile's Settings instead.

Paste your Wristler token

In Wristler-issued token, paste the feed-access token Wristler gave you.

Save the token

Click Save token. Wristler now appears under Connected accounts with an Active status and the date it connected.

The token can't be read back. Worldwatch hashes it on save and stores only the hash; nobody on the team can retrieve it. To change it later, request a fresh token and use Reconnect on the Wristler tile.

Verify

On Settings → Channels, the Wristler tile shows your connected account as Active. From now on your inventory syncs to Wristler every six hours, and any watch that sells on Wristler is marked sold in Worldwatch automatically.

List a watch on Wristler

Publishing to Wristler is per-watch. Wristler enforces a few channel-specific rules that other channels don't, so the listing form flags them as you go.

Open the Wristler listing form

Open a watch in Inventory → Manage watches. Under Sales channels, click List here on the Wristler row. To edit a watch that's already listed, click the edit icon next to its Wristler price instead.

Set the language and listing content

Pick the Language for the listing, then write the title and description (up to 2,000 characters). Use Rewrite with AI to draft or tighten the copy: see write listing content with AI.

Check your images

Wristler publishes up to 8 images. If the watch has more, only the first eight go live; the rest stay on the item in Worldwatch. Reorder the item's images first if the shots you want listed aren't in the first eight.

Set the price

Enter the price in EUR. Wristler accepts €1,000 to €10,000,000; a price outside that range is rejected.

Set shipping

Wristler supports seller label only, so you provide the shipping label. Enter the shipping costs.

Confirm warranty and accept the terms

Warranty is required. Tick at least one of Active manufacturer warranty or Dealer warranty, then accept the seller agreement.

Save the listing

Click Save. The watch is now listed on Wristler and shows a Listed badge on the Wristler row.

Troubleshooting

"Invalid or expired token"

The token was mistyped, or Wristler has rotated it. Request a fresh token (see Request your Wristler token), open the Wristler tile, click Reconnect, and paste the new one.

Some images didn't publish

Wristler caps a listing at 8 images. Anything beyond the first eight is skipped and stays on the item in Worldwatch. Reorder the item's images so the eight you want live come first, then re-save the Wristler listing.

"Warranty required" blocks publishing

Wristler won't accept a listing without warranty coverage. In the Wristler listing form, tick Active manufacturer warranty or Dealer warranty before saving.

A watch sold on Wristler is still active in Worldwatch

Sold-status sync runs on Wristler's sale event and the six-hour inventory sync. If a sale hasn't reflected after that window, open the Wristler tile and click Reconnect to re-establish the feed. Contact us if it persists.
