Bezel is a US authenticated-watch marketplace. Once connected, your inventory syncs to Bezel via a hosted feed, and every watch Bezel sells is physically authenticated at their Los Angeles facility before it ships to the buyer. Bezel connects with a numeric seller ID it issues during onboarding. You sign up as a Bezel seller, get your ID, and paste it into Worldwatch once.
Before you start
- At least one watch in your Worldwatch inventory to list. See add a watch to your inventory.
- A Bezel seller account and its numeric seller ID. The next section covers how to get set up.
Get your Bezel seller ID
Bezel issues a numeric seller ID during seller onboarding. To get set up:
- Sign up as a Bezel seller. Register as a seller on Bezel.
- Tell Bezel you're with Worldwatch. Once your registration is complete, email Ryan Chong at ryan@getbezel.com, include the email address you used for your Bezel account, and mention that you're a seller with Worldwatch.
- Get your seller ID. Bezel issues your numeric seller ID during onboarding. Keep it handy for the next step.
Connect Bezel in Worldwatch
Open the Bezel connect panel
In Worldwatch, go to Settings → Channels and click Connect on the Bezel tile.
Enter your seller ID
In Seller ID, paste the numeric ID Bezel issued during onboarding. Don't have it yet? Contact Bezel's partnerships team before connecting.
Connect
Click Connect. Bezel now shows as a connected channel, and Worldwatch includes your seller ID in every feed response to Bezel.
Verify
On Settings → Channels, the Bezel tile shows as connected. From now on your inventory syncs to Bezel through the hosted feed.
List a watch on Bezel
Publishing to Bezel is per-watch. Bezel enforces a few channel-specific rules that other channels don't, so the listing form flags them as you go.
Open the Bezel listing form
Open a watch in Inventory → Manage watches. Under Sales channels, click List here on the Bezel row. To edit a watch that's already listed, click the edit icon next to its Bezel price instead.
Set the language and listing content
Pick the Language for the listing, then write the title and description. Use Rewrite with AI to draft or tighten the copy: see write listing content with AI.
Check your images
Bezel publishes up to 10 images. If the watch has more, only the first ten go live; the rest stay on the item in Worldwatch. Reorder the item's images first if the shots you want listed aren't in the first ten.
Set the price
Enter the price in USD. Bezel accepts prices up to $10,000,000.
Set shipping
Bezel supports seller label only, so you provide the shipping label. Enter the shipping costs.
Accept the terms
Tick both Accept seller agreement and Accept shipping label responsibility. Bezel requires both before publishing.
Save the listing
Click Save. The watch is now listed on Bezel and shows a Listed badge on the Bezel row.
Bezel authenticates every sale. When a watch sells on Bezel, it's physically authenticated at Bezel's Los Angeles facility before it reaches the buyer. Factor that step into your fulfillment timeline.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid seller ID"
The seller ID must be the numeric ID Bezel issued during onboarding. Re-check it for typos. If you don't have one yet, contact Bezel's partnerships team, then reconnect from the Bezel tile.
Some images didn't publish
Bezel caps a listing at 10 images. Anything beyond the first ten is skipped and stays on the item in Worldwatch. Reorder the item's images so the ten you want live come first, then re-save the Bezel listing.
"Accept the terms" blocks publishing
Bezel requires both the seller agreement and shipping-label responsibility. Tick Accept seller agreement and Accept shipping label responsibility before saving.
Price rejected
Bezel prices are in USD and cap at $10,000,000. Enter a price within that limit.
