Get your WhatsApp stock into Worldwatch

If your inventory lives in WhatsApp chats and your camera roll, here's the quickest way to get it into Worldwatch: upload a spreadsheet, or ask us to help import from your photos.

If your stock currently lives in WhatsApp chats and your camera roll, there's no direct WhatsApp import, but getting it into Worldwatch is still quick. Pick the route that matches how you keep track today.

If you have a list or spreadsheet

The fastest way in is a spreadsheet. Put your stock into an Excel or CSV file (reference, brand, model, condition, price) and upload it. Worldwatch reads it, lets AI enrich each watch, and you pick exactly what to import. See bulk import from a spreadsheet.

If your stock is only in photos

No spreadsheet, just the photos you've posted in groups? You have two options:

  • Add them with AI, one at a time. Add a watch from a photo and let AI identify the model and fill in the specs. Quick per watch, and a good option for a handful.
  • Ask us to help import from your images. If you've got a lot of watches sitting in photos, contact us. We may be able to help import them from your images so you don't have to add each one by hand.

Once it's in

Your stock becomes one organized inventory. From there you can list it on your channels and the marketplace, and you're set up for the WhatsApp group sharing that's coming soon.
